Mill Hill International School Thailand welcomed the Christmas season this week with our annual Candlelight Service and Christmas Tree Lighting.

The event brought together the entire school family—including students, parents, and staff—for an evening of song, celebration, and community spirit.

Bringing British Traditions to Thailand

Central to the ceremony was the presentation of the Christingles. Upholding this classic British custom, students held oranges adorned with candles, ribbons, and sweets.

More than just a decoration, the Christingle serves as an educational and emotional symbol for our students, representing themes of:

• Light in the darkness
• Love for the world
• Hope for the future

The sight of the students processing with their candles provided a poignant reminder of the peace and joy the festive season brings. We thank all the families who joined us to make this such a memorable occasion.
