- A triumphant first Sports Day: celebrating our school values in action

What happened: Mill Hill International School Thailand held its first-ever Sports Day on Friday 30 January 2026 at our Doi Saket campus in Chiang Mai.
Why it mattered: It was the first time our pupils competed together as a full school community, and the day showed our six core values in action.
A milestone for our community
From the opening house parade to the final cheers of the afternoon, the day was filled with energy, encouragement, and pride. Our pupils represented their houses with spirit and supported one another with genuine warmth.
Our six core values in action
Sports Day gave our children a real-world stage to live out the Mill Hill Mindset:
- Resilience: giving their absolute best in every race, even when challenges arose.
- Respect: cheering teammates, applauding opponents, and celebrating with humility.
- Creativity: approaching every event with imagination and enthusiasm.
- Innovation: adapting quickly and embracing new experiences with confidence.
- Stewardship: caring for equipment and helping younger children throughout the day.
- Integrity: competing honestly and fairly, the heart of who we are.
More than a sporting event
Sports Day at Mill Hill is about more than physical achievement. It is a reflection of how our children learn, grow, and treat one another every day. As part of the prestigious Mill Hill family of schools, we believe that strong character is built through shared experiences like these.
We are deeply proud of every pupil, and grateful to the staff and families who made the day such a resounding success.
